Our one-day conference is held in a different region of Britain each year, and is hosted jointly with a local organisation. The focus is on the region’s landscapes, some of which we investigate more closely in a field meeting, usually held over a weekend the following year.

Recent conferences have been held in Chester, Oxford, Newcastle, Salisbury, Dumfries and Cardiff, while field meetings have included visits to the Wirral, Wychwood, Lindisfarne, and Strata Florida abbey.
