Your Subscription and Gift Aid.

                                                                                                                                                                                 

You may be aware that, under the new Gift Aid scheme it is much easier for the Society to reclaim the tax that you have paid on your subscription. This means that the value of a normal subscription is increased considerably AT NO COST TO YOU.

All you have to do is to sign a simple declaration stating that as a UK taxpayer you wish your subscription to be treated as Gift Aid. Your post-code is required as the Inland Revenue use that if they decide to check (with us) the source of donations. We receive no information from the Inland Revenue and they ask nothing from us other than your name address and postcode.

 Please note that you should not make a declaration if you are already claiming your subscription as an expense against tax.
